Central Physical Therapy and Fitness opened its doors in a "storefront" office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle in July 2002.  Jutta Schneider, MSPT and Deb Schaack, Business Manager, founded the clinic with the hope of managing a business that represented both their personal and professional values.

After working in private practice for several years and having always wanted to start her own practice, Jutta decided it was time.  Deb, her spouse, who has a background in business, agreed to manage the 'non-Physical Therapy' aspects. 

Central PT Staff

On June 22, 2010, Central PT moved to their new location on 12th Avenue in the newly remodeled Capitol Hill Health Building.  Their new location features the best of old and new contruction, melding the charm of a 100 year old Seattle home with the clean lines and open floor plan of a modern addition.  We're excited about the new location, close to the future Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, as well as the sports & athletic fields at Cal Anderson Park
