Fitness Services

 

WeightsWe develop fitness programs that you can follow using your health club, gym, or home facilities, as appropriate.  Each program is individualized according to your needs. 

We work with you to:

  • Evaluate your baseline (for example, Body Mass Index, percent body fat, girth measures)
  • Establish attainable goals
  • Incorporate fitness activities into daily routine to assist in sustainable fitness changes
  • Create a program to increase strength, improve aerobic capacity, and boost resting metabolism
